At MagnaFlow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion investment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original boxes.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your personal records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Our quality control team will inspect the returned garments within 5 business days, after which your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
